Pendulum Effect:Once per turn: You can target 1 Gemini monster on the field (except "Pouty Princess"); Normal Summon it.

Monster Effect:This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect.
● Once per turn: You can banish 1 Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard to target 1 card on the field; banish it.

Honestly, a nice idea. I know Konami made Geminis more viable by giving them Spark Field, but I honestly think Pendulums would be the best way to go to make Geminis better. As for this card, I think non-targeting removal is a bit much for a low level monster, especially since spells/traps are basically dead in the Graveyard, so there wouldn't be any real qualm about banishing them. Maybe a monster effects that helps promote the Gemini engine would be better, as that's typically what lower level monster would be better for (maybe destroying herself so she goes to the Extra Deck to represent her throwing a fit, and then adding a Gemini Pendulum to the hand to represent someone coming to try and comfort her). Anyway, as for it's spell effect, nice generic Gemini support. I'd definitely like to see how you could take this archetype further, it's definitely quite interesting.

It's NOT non-targeting removal; don't immediately assume I implement that on every card.

But they already made an archetype like that; it's called Chemical Beast. And just look at how well that turned out.

This could have been potentially broken had it been a high scale. Good job on not making it a 7+ (Tethys turbo would be a legitimate deck if it has fairy-type low and high scales, and it already has a good low one (Ariadne)).

As it is now, this would be more used in Gemini decks, rather than Fairy ones. Its Pendulum effect is useful, but maybe you can make it so the extra Normal Summon can be used only once per turn, so it doesn't stack (with say, Spark Field, another copy of this, etc.)

Its monster effect is like a beefed up Dark Valkyria too, so it has some meaning in being a Fairy, and I appreciate flavour a lot.
Also, Gemini Pendulums are an interesting mechanic, so extra points for that. (Also kudos for the non-warped image, the original fonts and the good template (though you could have used the smaller pendulum effect box and larger monster effect font, but that's a very minor problem)

8.5/10, as I really don't see that many combos you can do with it aside from the obvious ones (could have been searchable by more cards, and I don't see why it has to be a fairy as it doesn't have too much synergy with its type. (Though, of course, as a standalone card, it's alright.)

Well yeah; that was my intention.

It seems rather unnecessary, especially with a monster type that lacks the support.
