Noo'rr-Murr, the Wandering Edge of Whirlveil

WIND / Level 6 / Beast-Warrior / Fusion / Effect

1 Flip Monster + 1 Monster with 1500 or less DEF

Must be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"). When face down attack position Monster(s) you control is flipped face up: that Monster(s) gain 1000 ATK. Once per turn, during either player turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; change it to face-down with same or different battle position. If this card is flipped face-up OR Monster your opponent control is destroyed by battle and/or Flip Effect of Monster you control during your opponent turn: Banish a card from the Top of your opponent Deck face down (this is a Quick Effect). You can only use this effect of "Noo'rr-Murr, the Wandering Edge of Whirlveil" once per turn.

ATK: 2300 / DEF 2300

Outside of this card's effect, the only way you're getting a face-down Attack Position monster is literally Darkness Approaches, and even then, the power bonus isn't necessarily great. Looking at the pool for Flip monsters, only Deck I can really see using this is probably Shaddolls, but even they have better things to do than make this. In that regard, this is pretty much a slower Book of Moon (of sorts), but lets you keep stuff in Attack Position if you so choose. If the new Subterror deck had more released supports, I might've said this could've gone in there, but only if they can tech a monster with low defenses. 'dolls might've found a use somewhat so they can keep their stuff in Attack Position to trigger, but again I just don't see them using this (well, without them teching Polymerization to do so).

Regarding the last effect, is it supposed to banish the opponent's cards if monsters die during their turn (regardless of control, or just Flip Effect monsters you control)? Wording is somewhat awkward, so double checking.

ah yes...the last effect is meant to trigger only by 3 scenario:

1) when this card is flipped (regardless of whose turns)

2) when opponent monster is destroyed by battle on its controller turn

3) lastly (and technical the one you ask) is being destroyed by flip effect of my monster on opponent turn (like when your opponent accidentally attack my Maneater Bug while i control it along side Noo'rr-Murr)

Update:

1) has a contact fusion for viability

2) buff is increased to 1000

3) the position changer effect is buffed to quick effect

4) as per review of Sakura, the material requirement is changed to 1 Flip + 1500 or less DEF monster. so it can use Subterror Nemesis Warrior for its material

5) switching the HOPT of position changer into the banish effect
