Yes; the very first archetype (or set) I ever posted on this site. And now I have slightly tinkered their effects (or at least fixed the text up a bit), and have added Synchro monsters for Facade to come into play (I intend on making more, but this is what I have thus far).

LORE:Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can send 1 ''Kageryu'' monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. Your opponent cannot target any other ''Kageryu'' monsters you control for attacks except this one.

LORE:While you control a "Kageryu" monster with a different name: You can discard this card; Special Summon 1 "Kageryu" monster from your Deck with a different name from your Deck, but its ATK and DEF become 0, its effect is negated, and it is destroyed during the End Phase. You can only activate this effect of "Kageryu Fraud" once per turn. This card can be treated as any Level for the Synchro Summon of a "Kageryu" monster.

Negate the effects of all monsters you control, except DARK Dragon-Type monsters. Once per turn: You can place 1 Kageryu Counter on each face-up monster your opponent controls. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. If you do, during the next Standby Phase: Banish the monsters with Kageryu Counters, and if you do, Special Summon 1 DARK Dragon-Type Synchro monster from your Extra Deck.

Once per turn: You can discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. If the discarded card is a monster: Banish it, instead of sending it to the Graveyard. Any effect that would cause you to lose Life Points, your opponent loses instead. Any card effect that would cause your opponent to gain Life Points, you gain instead.

LORE:1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters
Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects:
● Place 1 Kageryu Counter on each monster your opponent controls. During the next Standby Phase, send all monsters with a Kageryu Counter to the Graveyard, and if you do, your opponent loses 500 Life Points for each card sent.
● Target 2 "Kageryu" monsters in your Graveyard ( 1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner; Special Summon both those targets. Immediately after this card resolves, Synchro Summon 1 "Kageryu" Synchro monster using those 2 monsters only (except "Kageryu Pestilence).

LORE:1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters
If this card is Special Summoned: You can switch control of this card with 1 card your opponent controls (you choose). Once per turn: You can banish 2 cards from your hand; equip 1 monster your opponent controls to this card until the End Phase. During your next Standby Phase, after activating this effect: Special Summon 1 "Kageryu Token" (Dragon-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field.

This card gains 100 ATK for each card on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Kageryu" monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard, and if you do, it is also treated as a DARK Dragon-Type monster while it is on the field.

● Add 1 "Kageryu" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand.
