You can only use the (1) effect of "U.A Star Recruiter" once per turn.

(1)If this card is in your hand: You can reveal 1 other "U.A" monster in your hand, except “U.A Star Recruiter”; Special Summon this card, and if you do, add 1 "U.A" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

(2)During the turn this card was Normal or Special Summoned, “U.A” monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s Spell/Trap Card effects.

 

You guys think the (2) Effect is too much?

 

Edit: My intent with this card is that it serves its own unique role in U.A. Unlike all other U.A monsters up to this point, Recruiter is not specifically a card dedicated to play offense or defense, instead, it's meant to serve as a set-up card. Allowing you to more easily establish field presence and a search for a U.A Spell/Trap in order to help establish a board.

 

Basically, he brings you're U.A's to the field and allows for more safe and explosive plays. Him being a Level 1, besides representing his role, makes him another U.A monster that can also be Normal Summoned, other than just Midfielder, and also makes him both a ROTA and One for One target.

No, the protection effect is fine; right now, OG Mirror Force isn't used much in favor of its counterparts but would be nice to have some protection from Bottomless and other things that chain to summons and destroy. Probably would be nice on the Turnover plays, so opponent doesn't spring something like Raigeki during MP2 (or something along those lines). That, and they do need some boosts considering how clunky they are without Midfielder to fuel plays (and losing 2 RoTA didn't help much to make them work properly). 

 

But otherwise, this really helps by getting Stadium out (or least searching for it or whatever of their Archetypal backrow you want). That, and it's another Level 4 and under U.A. that you can NS off said Stadium and search. I cannot stress enough how much they need that Level 4 and under support to get things done, because while you do have Midfielder/Signing Deal to alleviate that to an extent, there's only so much those will help before you brick hard (and if you draw them fast enough). 

 

So yeah, card is fine for what it does; offers them more ways to search outside of Penalty Box, another Level 4 and under body that can be bounced back to SS more, etc.
