Guest BGMCANN0N
Wax Witch of Waning✪✪✪✪FIRE[Aqua/ Effect]ATK/ 1300 DEF/ 1900 During the end of each Phase: All other face-up monsters lose 100 ATK, then this card gain 100 ATK for each other face-up monster on the field. During either player's turn, you can negate the effect of a monster whose current ATK is lower than its original ATK until the end of this turn. You can only activate this effect of "Wax Witch of Waning" once per turn._____________________________________________________________________________________________ Gradualism in Yugioh increased at faster rate. Flash Flyer - Sakura
As it stands now, card's effect is basically Venom Swamp if you can keep this thing out long enough and will more often than not, be a Breakthrough Skill on legs (unless said monsters have blanket immunity to other effects); you intended for this to be able to negate trigger/non-trigger effects, correct? On average, about 400-600 per turn, which is a sizable amount. Still, it'll take a couple turns for it to pull down boss monsters (least the common ones that are seen nowadays), but at least you can still neuter their effects for a while. (Having multiples might help, considering it's still a valid target for something like Inferno Reckless Summon and you can SS the others if you want to). Not sure how well this card would fare in the current game (power creep notwithstanding), but could probably see play somewhere in casual builds. If it didn't weaken your own board too, then maybe this would be useful elsewhere. As-is, it's not really bad considering what it's capable of doing. Basically, if this card isn't gotten rid of (and most players should at least have a way to do so), monsters will be in range of being negated and/or run over manually.
