DARK

Scale

Winged Beast/Pendulum/Effect

PE: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 "Performapal" or "Odd-Eyes" monster you control and declare a type; until the end of the turn, that monster is treated as the declared type. You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and declare a type; until the end of the turn, that monster is treated as the declared type. You can only activate this Pendulum Effect of "Performapal Graceful Costrumpeter" once per turn.

ME: When this card is Special Summoned: You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Materials, including this card, but that monster cannot attack during this turn, unless it is a DARK monster. [spoiler=Thoughts]

Originally, given that it's a Trumpeter Swan, I was going to just leave it as Costrumpeter and make it WATER.

But I realized the other 2 Trump PPal, which this technically is one of, are DARK, so I made it Graceful in addition, making it like a pet that supports the two trump fusion summoners.

Additionally, it's a musical associated fusion card, which can tie-in with Yuzu.

Effects are meant to make summoning Brave-Eyes easier, but it's still not bad moving forward. It synergizes with itself and Trump Girl/technicall Witch as a 1/4 scale set, but it has a worse typing by far, so it only really goes into Starve Venom, Vortex, or Metal Claw, without another copy of itself.

But the card is meant to be one that ages well, without being too good, while allowing at least 1 of the trump duo to be summoned.

Card doesn't outclass girl by virtue of being on summon only (so no Nobledragon shenanigans) and not allowing Vortex to attack.

Oh, and the second Pendulum Effect is meant for Dragoncall Magician synergy. It doesn't directly support magicians, but it supports that one. Yes, potential for Super Poly if it gets unbanned/OCG, but that seems fairly niche for a deck that otherwise doesn't fuse/requires it to be used proactively.
