During your Main Phase: you can pay 2000 LP to target 1 Xyz monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck 1 Xyz monster with the same Type, but 1 Rank higher, as that monster, using it as Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to the targeted monster are attached as Xyz Materials to this monster.) You can use this effect up to twice per turn. Once per turn, you can target 1 Xyz monster in your graveyard; Special Summon it, but you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except Xyz monsters. During each of your Standby Phases: You can target 1 Xyz Monster you control and 1 monster in your Graveyard; attach that target from the Graveyard to that face-up Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material. If this card would be destroyed by your opponent's card effect, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from an Xyz monster you control instead.

2000LP per overlay is really steep in the early game, and you're not likely to have a ton of life left in the very end either. And no cost to any of its other actions strikes me as odd. Maybe a flat half your LP to activate and none to maintain it? I'm just snowballing here.

half is why solemn judgment is banned, really, life points are just a resource to be used if you're confident in your deck and protection abilities, this is an incredibly powerful card for rank up decks.

My bad. Yes, this is a field spell. So it's searchable by Terraforming.

 

The LP cost is obviously for balance purposes. I put it on the Rank-Up effect cos that's the main effect. A free Rank-Up, even if limited by Type is powerful. It's why Ptolemaeus got banned.

 

The other effects have no cost cos the first one summons a dead Xyz, which you'll either pay LP to Rank-Up or wait till your next Standby phase to attach a material to use its effect.

This is actually pretty hilarious in super quantum since this card + Alphan guarantees a Magnus drop albeit with significantly less material

 

Also it singlehandedly solves the issue of not hitting red layer off Alphan since you use Aero as material and detach Aero for Magnaliger's pop effect. You can get value off reviving Quantals and attach materials from there and the Xyz lock isn't restricted to just Xyz Summons so Magnas is still summon able.
