Thomas★Zero Posted August 19, 2016 Report Share Posted August 19, 2016 Number C98: Dystopia the Zestubou Rank 5 DARK Warrior/Xyz/Effect 3 Level 5 DARK Monsters You can Xyz Summon this card using "Number 98: Dystopia" you control as a Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that card become this cards Xyz Materials.) Once per turn during either players turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; target 1 monster your opponent controls: until the End-Phase that turn, negate the targeted monsters effects and its ATK and DEF become 0. At the start of the damage step, if this card battles an opponents attack position monster with DEF lower than this cards ATK: change that monsters battle position. If this card attacks a defence position monster while you have "Number 98: Dystopia" attached to this card as a Xyz Material, inflict doubled piercing damage.
