When you Normal Summon a Level 4 or lower Non-Tuner Monster: you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Drill Synchron X" once per turn. If this card is use as a Synchro Material for a Synchro Monster: the summoned monster gains the following effect.

* If this card attacks a defence position monster, inflict piercing battle damage.

This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it uses this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. During either players turn: you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; change that monsters battle position. Monsters whose battle position was changed by this effect cannot change their battle position or attack. You can only activate this effect of "Drill Warrior X" once per turn during either players turn.
