If you control no monster: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dinosaur or Reptile-type Monster from the Deck or Banished, also for your next 3 turns Reptile-Type Monster in your Possession is also treated as Dinosaur-Type Monster and Vice-Versa. You can only use this effect of "Proto Evolution Pill" once per turn.

It's a subtle Spell Card. There aren't really any Dinosaur-Type monsters that would break this card, so being able to Special Summon from the Deck or banished shouldn't be much problem. And being able to treat Reptile-Type monsters as Dinosaur-Type is cute. It'd be a neat edition in Jurrac and Evoltile; maybe Dino-Rabbit, too, but other than rogue Decks, that's about it.

 

However, your wording's kind of off;
