Monarch King Posted September 11, 2016 Report Share Posted September 11, 2016 Normal Spell Card If you control no face-up monsters: Discard 1 "Destiny HERO" monster; Special Summon 1 " Elemental HERO" monster from your Deck, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "HERO" monsters.
