Sleepy
Target maiden > bring out 2 Blue-Eyes from the Deck.Turn Dark Magician Girl/Knight into Dark Magician.Any LV into a lower form of itself (the non-nomi ones at least)Any Metalmorph evolution into a copy of the original. Some Fusions can bring out Neos.Lava/Swamp duo can switch places.Gate Guardian can turn back into one of its Trinity and so can Valkyrion and Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast.Cranium Fish into Ocean's Keeper.Don't remember if the Macro Cosmos Helios trinity also have each other in the text. It's mostly lulzy plays. They range from "this is gonna be an epic WTF game finisher" to "why would you do that?"It should IMO just call something that it lists on its text so that Summon conditions for sure worked beyond a doubt and so did Fusion Material listings (when I mentioned Neos I meant as in Divine Neos and Neos Knight, and excluding all the others). It also would be great if it skipped Summoning Conditions so that you could add nomi LV targets, Ancient Gear Golem, and.... I think that's about it. Your card effects I've seen are rather simplistic, but they are great at building up ideas for their concepts.

I added the stuff you mentioned about including cards listed in a summoning condition, and it ignoring summoning condition. I think the reason I originally didn't have that in is because i thought it would be OP, but now that I look back on it, it wouldn't only really be OP if it special summoned a monster that the target was in the effect of I do, however, think special summoning monsters listed in a cards fusion materials is a little too much. While I do think it's cool to get easier summoning of something like the Sacred Beast monsters, I feel like it would be a little too powerful.
