1st Turn Summon and Twistingpower are really good spell cards with multiple applications. I think the monsters have a lot of synergy with each other to summon a bunch of them. Reaper could be used to send Swarmer to the graveyard to summon more, however you might be able to remove the "discard the top card of your deck" effect, since there's only one monster that benefits from being in the graveyard. The extra deck monsters are pretty good, though N-necro is harder to make since any XYz monster that requires 3 materials is exponentially more difficult to summon than one that needs 2 materials. Consider S39 Utopia the Lightning, with a munch stronger effect and which can be overlaid onto the rank 4 Number 39: Utopia. N-necro could be made with just 2 materials, possibly with a little less ATK.

 

Any card that modifies attack points simply reads "increase/decrease the ATK..." so you can remove any use of the word "points" from your monsters. Also, you have a lot of random capitalized words in the text. Only words like "Special Summon" and "Graveyard" are capitalized, since they're specific terms in the game. "Target", "destroy", "effect", "opponent" are never capitalized except at the start of the sentence.
