Sooo you prepare for the robot invasion by helping robots invade? xD
Flavor-wise it seems more like the robots are making the first move to replace the population with a robot. Maybe even keep going from there if the experiment was successful, which I'd translate into something more along the lines of:

Advent of the Robot Order [random example name]

[Quick-play Spell]

Tribute 1 non-Machine-Type monster you control; Special Summon 1 Machine-Type monster from your Deck with the same Level as the Tribute. During your Standby Phase, if you control a monster Summoned this way: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

^Robots can't be making an invasion plan if what they are getting rid of is other robots, am I right? Once the spy is secured and they see is still around as a successful attempt, it is time to ready your positions to look for another target to replace.

 

I can't think of many immediate applications, but it'd be worth toying with.

Now if what you really intended to do was the flavor of taking measures against robots uprising, I don't know what to tell you... the effect sounds like the opposite of that.
