Arimetal
Sorrow MaidenLV 1WATERWarrior / Tuner / Effect100 / 100This monster cannot be selected as an attack target while you control another monster. If any number of monster is sent to your graveyard while you control this monster, you can pay 1000 LP; Special Summon one of those monsters, it's effects are negated. Destroy any monster you summon with this effect during the End Phase. You cannot declare an attack until the turn after this effect is resolved. The Nyx Avatar
So a Tuner monster that can be added by Reinforcement of the Army, Summoned by One for One, and returned by Salvage. As for the effect: First effect is fine; keeping your Tuner from dying and if you're lucky, Synchro Summoning next turn. As for the second effect, I think players will try to destroy this card first before trying to destroy any other monsters. I think it'd be used more for stalling, as it doesn't limit it to "once per turn" in any shape or form. Thoguh, that's only if you're willing to give up to 5000 Life Points. It has no limit, but at the same time, doesn't really do anything else.
Arimetal
The idea was being able to enable multiple synchros a turn. First effect is for flavor, was also thinking making it non-targetable while you have other monsters.

Besides, there's multiple forms of non-targeting removal to get rid of her regardless. And even disregarding that, you'd still need to pay a hefty price to keep your monsters alive.
