Mr. Hyde Posted September 27, 2016 Report Share Posted September 27, 2016 I posted this on reddit's r/pitchamovie so I thought I might post it here as well This dark comedy features upstart family (Seth Rogen & Mila Kunis) who have been living in a nice suburb town for about a year now. The first scene shows the couple as the head out of their house to a bright and sunny day. They hop in their...prius...and drive to a neighboring house where many other vehicles are parked. As they are about to leave the car, the put on dark robes, and head inside.When they open the door, they are greeted with "AYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!", much like that of a frathouse. Turns out, Seth and Mila joined a c'thulu cult in hopes to better fit into the community. During this cult session, they devise a way to summon c'thulu into our world, but have been unsuccessful. Seth would probably suggest they smoke weed and do some other sheet that I'm not witty to come up with.Whatever they do works, and a Mila births a ball of tentacles in that instant. The cult freaks out, suggesting they kill it, because they didn't really think it could ever work. Seth and Mila run out and take C'thulu with them to raise as their own...son(?), named Lu.Hijinks ensue as raising an old god is a lot harder than one can imagine, but we follow Lu's life as he tries to overcome adversity and the human world!
