Also an otherwise vanilla NOMI would need to be, like, a 4k Light Dragon or Warrior or some other attribute/type combination that makes a card decent just by having it to be anywhere near good. The fact this throws out everything interesting about Tyranno Infinity for potentially being weaker than it since TI only needs three banished dinos to match this overall comes to a below average package.
