Card Effect:

 

When a Beast-Warrior Type Monster is Attacked or is Targeted by a card effect: XYZ Summon 1 "Zodiac Beast" Monster in the Extra Deck (Using the Monster that is Attacked or is Targeted). When this card is in your Graveyard during your Stand By Phase of the turn after this card was Activated and Sent to the Graveyard: You can add this card from the Graveyard to the deck then add 1 "Zodiac Beast" Monster from your deck to the hand but, skip your Draw Phase this turn. You can only use each Effect of "Yearly Rotation Formation" Once Per Turn.

When a Beast-Warrior-Type monster is targeted for an attack or card effect: Xyz Summon 1 "Zodiac Beast" monster from your Extra Deck using the targeted monster as the Xyz Material. During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard because it was activated and sent to the Graveyard during the previous turn, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can shuffle this card into the Deck, then add 1 "Zodiac Beast" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Yearly Rotation Formation" once per turn.

 

I changed this card's effect to trigger during the Draw Phase instead, otherwise the "skip Draw Phase" effect wouldn't make sense as you have already done your normal draw. That, and repair the OCG.

 

As it stands though, this pretty much is a battle-oriented Wonder Xyz for Zodiac Beasts, which isn't bad (although you can't really do anything with the summoned monster unless you go into Drancia and blow something up). I suppose it also combats most forms of targeting removal as well to some degree on your turn. The last effect could be modified to search Zodiac Beast cards instead of just monsters; would also give you access to the support Spell/Traps as well (right now, they don't have an easy way of getting to them). I've been test-running the Deck for the past hour, and lack of access to the support cards at times is sort of a bother. I'd be amiable about skipping my Draw Phase if it meant getting access to Elemental Triangle (current name on YGOPro) or Seasonal Direction as well. In terms of monster searching, they technically have Bullhorn to do that to an extent.

 

(Maybe the next set will cover the S/T searching problems, but I don't know)
