This card's name is always treated as "Elemental HERO Neos". If you control a face-up "Elemental HERO Neos" or a "Neo-Spacian" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard after you use this effect, banish it instead. During either player's turn, you can tribute this face-up card to Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO Neos" or a "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Deck or Graveyard. When this and another "Neo-Spacian" monster(s) are shuffled into the Deck, you can add the "Neo-Spacian" monster(s) to your hand instead.

So you got one of these on field and 2 in grave, instant 3 Neo Subs with stats and all? Well s*** fam...

 

Also, my rulings are rusty but I'm pretty sure you can r7 spam that way. Anywho that might seems a little situational. Yet still a cool off-beat casual deck idea.

 

Also, why tribute itself for another neos? That seems a bit odd. I mean, I'm sure you are aware you can't run 3 neos and 3 of this, so I don't know why it's there.

 

As for the shuffle effect... It's cute. But truth be told, my memory is rusty but, I thought the effects were mediocre. So not sure what adding them to the hand does besides make fusioning easier. (if that's the point but whatever)

 

It's support for one of the worst archetypes out there (imo of course)

 

I wanna say upgrade the search effect, or maybe replace it. But that ss is what really catches my eye.

The cutest part of this card is that it's cheap Rank 7 spam, as mentioned above, but that's not what drew my eye.

 

What drew my eye was the following bit of loveliness that amuses me far more than it should: By abusing cards like Space Gift and Convert Contact with this, you're able to go plus pretty damned fast and possibly bring out one of the triple-Fusions in one turn if you play your cards right. The banish is sad, but a necessary limitation so you don't wind up with 3 Neos Fusions and 2 Pseudo Neos as a standard field, even though that wouldn't be anything overwhelming to a meta Deck unless you miraculously got Storm and Magma Neos at lightning speed.

 

Still, fantastic for what it does. Good job.
