Cyber Apocalypse Dragon

 

Type:Machine/Fusion/Effect

 

Level:12

 

Attribute:Light

 

Summoning Conditions: 2 or more "Cyber" monsters

 

Effect: Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing all "Cyber" monsters from your Graveyard, field and hand (You do not use "Polymerization") Cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. When this card is Summoned, it gains 2000 ATK for every "Cyber" monster banished by the above effect, also destroy all cards on the field.

Yeah, this card is literally asking for trouble. 

 

First of all, it doesn't require a Fusion card to bring it out, AND it can use the hand as resources. In a standard CyDra deck, you'll probably have some CyDra members in hand to "fuse" into this. Then, factor in the fact that it's a on-summon Judgment Dragon and powers up. Yes, we have Cyber Eltanin which banishes, but recall that its conditions are LIGHT Machines in the Graveyard and field, and it only gains 500 ATK/DEF off a variable stat. This, on the other hand, starts with 2000 and is guaranteed a MINIMUM of 6000, plus it's immune to pretty much everything (unless you count battle destruction, but how are you going to run over something with +6K ATK without the aid of Honest or some other boosters?).

 

The stat boost needs to be severely lowered and definitely its protection effect.

Comparing to Cyber Eltanin, this gains 2k ATK per material while Eltanin gains 500 ATK/DEF per material + use LIGHT machines, this is also a fusion which means you save on main deck space and there is no reason not to have this in your extra, this nukes everything via destruction while Eltanin sends face-up monsters.

 

This doesn't really have a reason to not use it, being immune to everything other than battle (which is hard due to being able to reach very high numbers + Honest and Limiter Removal), and non-targeting non-destuction effects (off the top of my head there is Book of Eclipse (mass setting), Satellarknight Triverr (mass bounce), Skill Drain (effect negation), Chimeratech Fortress in mirror matches and such (fusion material)).

 

Like Sakura said lowering the ATK gain a bit (no more than 800) and reducing the immunity to either targeting or destruction, or keep the ATK and get rid of immunity altogether switching the nuke to all other cards, cause unless your opponent has a card such as Skill Drain already set then you've won (unless you were stupid and only banished 2-3 Cybers giving 4 or 6k ATK).

 

Released as is it would be run and played quickly needing only 4 Cybers to OTK, or 2 if you have Limiter Removal in hand, reducing the ATK makes it take long to reach 800(10 Cybers if it rains 800, 16 if it gains 500 (5 and 8 Cybers with Limiter Removal respectively))
