Monarch King
Normal Spell Card Reveal 1 Warrior-Type monster in your hand; add 1 Warrior-Type monster with the same Level, but with a different original name, from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Reinforcement of the True Army" per turn.
The Nyx Avatar
I was kind of expecting it to add higher Level Warrior-Type monster. So an additional Reinforcement of the Army with a strict "once per turn" clause? It requires you to have another Warrior-Type monster in your hand; but other than the clause, that's about it. And for now, Reinforcement of the Army is Limited. Maybe if you don't activate the added card that turn, it won't be much issue (well, to your opponent that is). Granted, the last Deck to utilize such searcheability was tellarknights, so maybe it wouldn't really see too much abuse.
Monarch King
BLS Deck can use it by revealing Super Soldier or Envoy of the Beginning and adding the other one. I suppose there are also some other Decks that can use it but for now we can't think of which they are. Or even in a Destiny-HERO Deck if you wanna run Plasma and BLS? A pure Destiny HERO Deck wouldn't get much use out of this card; however, a Masked HERO Deck could, as most (if not all) of the Main Deck monsters are Level 4. And Cardians could get some use out of this card, too. As not only are they all Warrior-Type, but some of the cards have the same Level (like Paulownia and Paulownia with Phoenix), making plays a little easier to pull off.
