I believe that the bovine may be possessed. I'm unaware of the cause, but it might be due to the influence of the phantom called Chara. Perhaps his revival was not a mere coincidence.

 

As for the message itself. I have yet to find the exact text, but i am working at my own pace. Aside from the oddities of Lung Tien Xiang, It is not deemed fit for Celestials to step onto the battlefield. My skills lie more within the allocation of resources and intellect.

These Detectives will be rewarded in earnest, but right now there are far more pressing manners. In the interest of public knowledge, I will release all of the hints I acquired.
