It's certainly a reasonable addition to the Greed series, and it does a better job than Lucky Iron Axe.

 

But I'm a little worried, since it doesn't need to be equipped to give you a draw benefit, why not just set three of them as decoys, or even Heavy Storm them for three new cards?

I need to remind you that Heavy Storm is still banned (and so is Harpie's Feather on TCG's end), despite that being a potential way to plus hard. You could still blow it up with stuff like Twin Twisters, Scrap Dragon or some other thing.

 

Boost is fine though, but otherwise it strictly outclasses Lucky Iron Axe.
