When this card is Fusion Summoned you can destroy cards on the field or in either players hand up to the number of fusion materials used. This card gains 500 ATK for each Level 1 warrior-type monster(s) in either graveyard. Once per turn during either players turn, you can banish this card and any number of level 1 Warrior-type monsters in either Graveyard, Synchro Summon one Warrior-Type synchro monster whose level equals the total levels of monsters banished by this effect ignoring summoning conditions.

To be honest, not seeing a Deck nowadays that can feasibly run this card (if at all). There are some valid targets, but either all of them are legitimately bad or don't have space for this card. The rest of the card is fine, but this is more of a Casual thing to be honest; given there isn't too much that can even make this card.

 

I suppose you have Instant Fusion and all, but that's really about it. Future Fusion would've helped this card immensely if it weren't banned, but even then, it's still going to require a fair amount of setup.

So would it be better if I broaden the materials and effect to level 2 or 3 or lower?

Yeah, that would be good (3 or lower would work, considering it'll let you use a much wider variety). I still have doubts about it being unusable in most Decks, but at least it'll be worth some degree of consideration.
