Nicο
On one hand, for this specific version. To me, It actually feels like Tick Tock Clock made a natural evolution into a good track, less ridiculous obstacles and more ramps to speed things up a bit, which is always welcome in a racing game. The pendulums may be easy to dodge, but I still find them perfectly enough. Though on the other, there was a time I actually thought SNES could have been the hardest Rainbow Road. It very well may have been in its own game, but no. Not by a long shot. At least personally, it just ends up the right kind of incredibly fun bit of challenging, and there are others that I guess people don't find as enjoyable? Because it's by far the Rainbow Road I play the most of online. I'm still used to the others, but they still trip me up may more. TL;DR, Well, nothing. I'm still kinda stumped, because Tick Tock is still radically different than its original version (even though this isn't about that one), I don't know which way I actually feel that sways me, though with just how much extra detail it now has (compared to even most other DS courses, it seemed pretty bland), the current version is definitely one of my favs. I think I would say that since I like the version the rules state this to be way more, that is something positive, so... finally. It. There are only a few others I might care enough about to say something about... and they might also take this long.
Darj
Wow, a tough one. I like both but ultimately going for Rainbow Road SNES mostly because of my childhood memories with Super Mario Kart. Really, 150cc Special Cup was such a challenge back then, let alone reaching the Rainbow Road. Heck, it could very well still be a challenge; has been a while since I played the game and I surely got rusty with the drifting techniques that I never applied when I was younger. ~British Soul~
One thing I didn't like about the new version of Tick Tock Clock is that it's a bit too different from the original which derived from the stage in Super Mario 64. That was my main complaint when I played the track in 8. I am however giving my vote to Rainbow Road SNES because I liked the background music and there's the nostalgia factor as well. Not to mention the track was challenging as well, having no walls.
Agro
Everyone has their different opinions on the changes made to Tick-Tock Clock but still, it edges out one of the cooler SNES remade levels 7-4.
