BatMed
Effect:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersUnaffected by your opponent’s Spell effects. During either player’s turn: You can target 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard; this effect becomes that target's effect when activated, then banish that target. If a Spell Card is activated: You can pay 1000 LP; destroy 1 monster on the field. You can only use each effect of “Dragonlord of Runes” once per turn. shadowsapex
Activate Pot of Desires.Summon this card.okay we are pot of greed now.Repeating spell cards is very powerful. See Magical Stone Excavation and how disadvantageous it is. And how slow and imprecise Diamond Dude, who can cast spell cards without their cost, is, but people build decks around him anyways. This card now... it can replay spells you just played from the graveyard without restriction, it ignores the cards' costs (Trade-In=Pot of Greed), it ignores the cards' activation conditions (Draco Face-Off=complete field wipe), it ignores hard once per turns, and it can activate normal spells as a quick effect (Raigeki during the opponent's turn?). Plus, it is the most generic of synchros and actually has an above average attack stat, has a great type and attribute, and can be summoned by Tzolkin.Y-yeah. Work on it. shadowsapex
Hm. I still think having it as a quick effect is problematic. And I still don't like its Pot of Desires interaction at all. Maybe you could just have it add the spell back to hand, or work like Angmarl.Recurring tribute fodder is easy with pendulums. If Majespecters care to run a level 4 tuner, this would be a big boost to them. Magician Pendulums and Dark Magicians could also use it. It's actually not hard to make generically, using Summoner Monk and Angel Trumpeter, but having to run Spellcasters for the cost limits it quite effectively. You actually nerfed it pretty well, but you might wanna make it only tribute from field. And the way it ignores costs and activation conditions is still a problem. shadowsapex
Well, it's still very powerful now, especially factoring in the second effect. (I didn't really take it into account before but it severely limits your opponent from activating spells, even if you can't trigger it so easily on your own turn now. You should make it target.) However, it's no longer broken and actually a card I can imagine existing. So good job.
