CuriousHeartless
Pot PairNormal SpellBoth players draw a card. During your opponent's next Standby Phase, both players draw a card. I figure straight up "Both players draw 2 cards" would be too powerful since you get two cards rightaway and your opponent will generally only get to use theirs if you don't finish the game the turn you use it. I think that both players drawing has some pros and cons:THE PROS:Benefits you if you are using an exodia deck.Benefits you if your opponent has the max cards in hand or more...Useful for drawing cards if you are low in the hand. THE CONS:When you're at max cards in your hand (especially if you have powerful monsters in hand) you will have to discard.Benefits your opponent if he/she uses exodia decksYou're benefiting from the draw but your opponent also does. To sum it up: its up to chance.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Well, there's also the option of playing this with Dark Law up; you'll get your two cards, but opponent will probably lose both of their cards b/c of banishing. The inverse applies as well. Also, one thing to note, even if your opponent draws during your turn and exceeds the hand limit, they don't have to discard. Out of fairness, I don't think anyone really goes over the hand limit unless they generate massive hand advantage from combos.
