The Frost King
Deep Sea Drowning Continuous Spell Card Effect: The monster on the field with the lowest ATK cannot change battle position or declare an attack. All Aqua, Sea Serpent and Fish-Type monsters on the field gain 400 ATK. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 Aqua, Sea Serpent or Fish-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. Tell me what you think of the card.

The Nyx Avatar
I'm not entirely sure what intention you had with this card. The second effect seems fine; a small ATK boost for the creatures under the sea. The third effect, while very generic sercheability, at least keeps up with the theme of Aqua, Fish, and Sea Serpent. However, The first effect seems off. The ATK boost keeps the low ATK monster in check, sure. But it still seems out of place in this card, and can range from unnecessary to excessive. Is your direction Aqua, Fish, and Sea Serpent support or ATK inhibition/manipulation?
