Effect: Banish either "Dark Magician" or "Dark Magician Girl" to Special Summon a "Dark Magician-Warrior Mode" or "Dark Magician Girl-Warrior Mode" from your hand or Deck. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation.

Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by "Warrior's Oath". When this card leaves the field: Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your graveyard or Banish Zone and add 1 "Dark Magic Attack" from your Deck to your hand.

Two things to mention:

 

1. Image is broken; either replace it or you'll have to type out the rest of the stats yourself.

2. Where is this "Warrior's Oath"? If it's a custom card, you need to either link to it, or post it alongside this card. Preferably, do the latter so we don't open two tabs to figure out what this is supposed to do.

Do you have a Dark Magician-Warrior Mode, since it's mentioned in "Warrior's Oath"? 

 

These 2 cards seem like decent additions to the dark magicians. The monster can negate and banish a card once per turn (I think the fact that it negates a card or an effect means it will also cover continuous cards or effects that have already been activated. It has a strong stat line which I think is justified for having a special summon condition, and it leaves you with a monster and a nice Raigeki substitute when it leaves the field, covering not just destruction, but also bouncing or spinning (returned to the hand and deck, respectively) and banishing. The only way the opponent would be able to circumvent this effect is flipping the monster face-down. Since Dark Magician Girl has a small archetype of monster based around effect negation and attack boosts, this monster could be a good fit for them. Might also work with dark magicians.

Thank you for your feedback. I chose to add Dark Magician-Warrior Mode as well to the post. Yes, I know the Dark Magician Girl has a small archetype when making Dark Magician Girl-Warrior Mode. But when making the spell Warrior's Oath, I might as well add Dark Magician as well since it will also contribute to the Dark Magician archetype as well.
