Thomas★Zero Posted November 21, 2016 Report Share Posted November 21, 2016 Looking and testing the card itself in my Omni/Masked HERO Deck with the modifications I made to it, I would go running this at one since if you run more than that it will likely turn out as a bricky draw if you have yet to complete the required conditions for the second card after you used it the first time to return HERO fusions to the Extra Deck. Not Omnis, Dystopia, Trinity, etc.Can it use Elemental HERO Divine Neos? As is, Legacy seems decent in Destiny HEROs. Vyon is obviously quite a strong card. I'm glad that it's not an Elemental HERO.
