Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Target 1 "Predaplant" monster you control; Tribute that monster or destroy this card. Once per turn, during your opponent's Standby Phase: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each monster they control.

Continuous spell

You can send 1 Level 4 or lower "Predaplant" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; inflict 300 damage to your opponent, and if you do, all monsters your opponent controls lose 600 ATK. If this card is destroyed: Destroy cards your opponent controls up to the number of "Predaplant" monsters you control.

I certainly hope the lizard gets a bit more to its effect once it's released. Granted, the deck has a fair few ways to SS it from the graveyard, but there's not much reason at this point to include it over other PPs that actually do stuff with predator counters.

It would not surprise if the Lizard gets released as a Tuner, since RL Transcendental Fusion doesn't have that effect, and because half the Predator Plant revival effects negate effects, it can't even have an effect making it count as a Tuner if SSed from the Grave or something (otherwise, I'd expect it to have a "when SSed from Grave, this card can be treated as a Tuner").

 

Even the draw effect is pretty terrible because Planter negates effects.

 

Ivy Castle is really OP in the context of the anime.

Ivy Castle is kinda uber powerful, since its a one sided skill drain that works on spells and traps too, and and as far as I know, this thing will essentially cause a lock that you can't get out of unless the opp runs out of plants to tribute, which is not likely considering they have so much revival.

I imagine an IRL Ivy Bind Castle would only go so far as negating all monster effects, or negate the effects of everything they have out and anything they play after is fine.
