During either players turn, except the turn this card was sent to the graveyard: you can banish this card from your graveyard; Target 1 Level 8 or lower Fusion Monster from your graveyard: Special Summon the targeted monster ignoring its summoning conditions, but its effects are negated, then, during your next End-Phase: banish the summoned monster. You can only activate each effect of "Lord of the Swamp" once per turn. ATK/500 DEF/1100 Basically a King of the Swamp retrain that should help with Fusion Summoning and adds that bit of Fusion based protection to it.
