Cannot be Special Summoned. Requires 3 Level 5 or higher Tributes to Normal Summon/Set. This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. The ATK of all monsters your opponent controls becomes 1500. This card can attack all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls, once each. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Hephatus, the Ultimate Fire Lord" from your Deck to your hand.

Is that really the summoning conditions? Just that? or did you somehow mistype? Because when i read the effect, it's hella strong card for an easy/super cheap summon.

 

So yea cant say much other than 1-card OTK, which is by my understanding, doesnt really support player to player interaction, the card pretty much say "Is that all you got? I'm disappointed in you, game over my friend" like that.

 

Also idk why the tittle say "Ultimate OTK Machine", tho its not machine (ik what youre referring to, 1 card that do OTK, a beast, a machine).

 

if you want to keep the effect, you should put more restriction on summoning conditions as the current ones is too cheap (like banishing multiple monsters, requires certain attribute or monster type and such), yknow, even BLS - Envoy of the Beginning is limited and requires 2 monsters and must be LIGHT and DARK, whilst this card can banish any monster, and has more stronger eff in comparison imo, being face-down is no different.

I'm trying to think of the various ways you can bust out Level 5s on the cheap to expedite this card's Summon. Besides Pendulums (and 1 of the normal contenders seem to be Dinomist, weirdly enough) the thought of getting up and giving up that many monsters for something with little protection and a paltry-though Grave-restricting-burn ability-isn't much to go on. I mean, in the realm of OTK. Maybe if it halved LP beforehand, or dealt some (doubled?) piercing battle damage-or if that 1500 ATK restriction applied to the other monsters on the field. That'd definitely bring several monsters down to power bursting level, Utopia the Lightning and/or Crystal Wing notwithstanding. 

 

What I'm saying is, you've got the groundwork for a possibly restrictive boss monster, but it needs a tad more. Don't be afraid in this regard of going overboard-if anything, you can slap an Extra Deck requirement to bring it back in line again. Moderate work, but I have faith in you. Keep tinkering away at this?
