Special Summon 1 "Sasuke" monster from your hand or Deck.

Based on English names alone, only targets for this card are Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke and the Sasuke Samurais (but their Japanese names translate to different things). None of those cards are doing anything crazy right now; or really, I don't think the Sasuke Samurai monsters are seeing play at all. 

 

Of course, if this is supposed to be themed on the Naruto series, then we don't have Sasuke in card form yet (or you have not provided one).

As is, this would provide Tribute, Xyz, or Synchro fodder similar to Emergency Teleport which has at times been relevant so this card could have potential. Presumably there's a joke here that Naruto is attracting Sasuke to the field with his pheromones, so there would be a "Sasuke" card based on the series.

If we go into flavor notes, Naruto did try to use Sexy Jutsu on Sasuke a few times in the original series, but he wasn't affected by it (or showed indifference); however I didn't bother with the fillers in Shippuden, so if he WAS affected in those, then yeah. 

 

Still though (going back to design comments), Ninja Grandmaster has "SASUKE" in fullwidth letters (but katakana) whereas the Sasuke Samurai stuff is just "samurai" (why UDE/Konami decided to call them Sasuke Samurai [#], I don't know). So yeah, only the Ninja Grandmaster for now until TC delivers with the intended one.
