So I saw Swords of Revealing Light and couldn't remember the bug thing that kills it and is kinda op.

 

Savagely Sealing

 Quick-play Spell

Activate 1 "Swords of Revealing Light" from your deck to your opponent's side of the field, and if you, you can special summon 1 "Weather Report" from your deck in face-down defense position. You cannot target "Swords of Revealing Light" with cards or effects.

 

Not too op right? Stops you from attacking, puts the monster face down.

Where are you activating Swords of Revealing Light from? You need to specify this.

 

As for the card that kills it, I believe you want Weather Report, which is an AQUA monster and can't be summoned by this card's other effect (I probably can't blame you since the card is REALLY old, and a lot of people might've forgotten its existence). Yeah, it does give you an extra Battle Phase (and nowadays, an extra BP usually means another chance to OTK, if you haven't already done it this turn), but who runs SoRL nowadays? (If Konami ever hits it, this card is dead and so will Weather Report).

 

For the record, there exists only two targets for this card to summon: Entermate Amenboat/Performapal Skeeter Skimmer or Numbing Grub in the Ice Barrier; former is terrible and latter has mixed results,
