Monarch King
Counter Trap Card When your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s) from their hand or Deck: negate the Summon, and if you do, shuffle that monster(s) into the Deck, then your opponent draws 1 card. Obvious Ruling: It negates a Summon from the hand or Main Deck, not from Extra Deck.
Dragulas
Doesnt seem very good IMO, there are only 2 monsters (that i know) that have an inherited Summon condition from the deck, and those are metal versions of zoa and red eyes. Grand horn covers more ground than this and while shuffling back is always good, i dont think its necessary to give your opponent a card, the former at least force to enter another phase. Darj
I agree with the above: it doesn't need the card-drawing drawback, considering what this card covers. If it hits a monster from hand, then it is technically a 1-for-1 trade, so no need to make it a -1 for you; if from the deck, if inherent summons from the Deck ever become a thing in YGO out of powercreep, then it's a -1 for you already, so even less for a reason to make it a -2.
