Guest BGMCANN0N
Emergency Airlock [Continuous Trap] Cards cannot be returned into the hand or shuffled into the Deck. When this face-up card on the field is sent to the Graveyard: Return all cards on the field into the hand.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
A bit iffy on the second effect though, considering it's a soft board reset. (Not as bad as Fiber Jar, yes, but still close to it) As-is, outside of being an anti-Castel / Compulse tech, not sure where else this card would see play; least nowadays. I can probably name 'specter plays off Supercell (and I think Seasonal Direction for Zoodiacs) as something this could stop, but uncertain on others at this time. (Would be helpful if YGOPro online existed; I'd have a much more reliable database to look through). Going back to the second effect, as much as I'm iffy on it, makes sense thematically. If the airlock is broken, everyone's dead.
Guest BGMCANN0N
Some other merits I've considered while making this:It also stops Madolche's from being shuffled into Deck for what it's worth, and it stops Madolche Tiramisu's effect dead on the tracks. It can also trap Spirit monsters and Yosenju (and stop that 1 Yosenju that bounces your stuff) on the field. Also, it hurts Yang Zing to some degree in that they lose access to Yang Zing Path (their Pot of Avarice), and Yang Baxia can't use its brutal shuffle effect against you.Though not at all viable competitively speaking, Gusto lose their recyclability, and Daigusto Emeral gets locked out in terms of generic support.Super Quantal's boss monster can't use its shuffle effect. In general, it limits removal methods to destruction, banish, Tribute, and sending stuff to graveyard... Which could effectively help certain boss monsters stay alive. As for its return to hand effect, you are right I primarily considered it more for the flavor, than it's impact in the game. I am not really going to try to justify it as it is powerful in that you have initiative of it before your opponent does.
