Monarch King
Field Spell Card Once per turn: You can destroy 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster in your hand or face-up on your field; add 1 "True Draco" or "True King" Continuous Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. If this card in the Field Zone is destroyed by a card effect: You destroy 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster in your hand or face-up on your field and 1 card your opponent controls. You can only activate 1 "The True Ravine" per turn.
Tinkerer
Huh. Field Spell... If it was a continuous Spell/Trap, I could justify the first effect, but considering it has a more conditional search effect than the existing field spell, I really can't gloss over the fact that it's directly competing with an undeniably better search card. It also doesn't have a True Draco/King name, so it's unsearchable outside Terraforming. Its float effect is good, but it's... just there. It's a passive 2 for 2 removal at best (triggering off an opponent's MST, let's say) with the potential to plus off of the monsters' own float effects. However, it might not get triggered at all or you may have to self trigger it which would almost definitely make it a great loss of advantage. With the first effect redundant and the second effect good but unlikely to trigger, I might suggest swapping the conditions of the effects. Make the destruction effect the main one with the search effect the float effect. Thus this card wouldn't compete with the already potent field spell and yet still forwards their heavy playstyle.
