First off, the OCG on these are horrible.

here:

Oleague Divine Summon

Normal Spell

Pay 4000 Life Points and send the top 3 cards from your Extra Deck to the graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Oleague Dragon God" from your hand, deck or graveyard, then destroy all Synchro monsters on the field.

Oleague Dragon God

LIGHT

Level 12

Dragon/Effect

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summon with "Oleague Divine Summon" and cannot be summoned by other ways. This card is unaffected by opponent's card effects. While you have 5 or more Synchro monsters in your graveyard, you can activate this effect: Banish all Synchro monsters in your graveyard then this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the combined ATK and DEF of those Synchro monsters, respectively. You can target 1 card your opponent controls, then send the top card of your Extra Deck to the graveyard to destroy the targeted card. You can only use this effect of "Oleague Dragon God" once per turn. When this card leaves the field; send all banished cards to their owner's deck.

For the spell, its pretty good except for the "destroy all synchro monsters" part, which can be absolutely devastating against certain decks.

For dragon, the requirement that the synchros have to be in your graveyard makes me think that the spell originally destroyed only your synchros. now you probably arent going to be summoning this thing first turn, as you probably not going to have 5 synchros in the graveyard in any deck trying to run this thing. So in order to actually summon this thing you'd need to control 2 synchros and be running only synchros in your extra deck. Which is pretty easy in any synchro focused deck, but those decks have very specific cards in them and even running this thing in those greatly decreases consistancy, however, if you do get it out its basically an insatant win as it could go up to around 14000. Its pretty good in all, but needs a few more restrictions.
