You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 DARK Reptile-type monster from your Graveyard. Reptiliannes and Venom both can use this, they both appreciate the draw power, and it's worded to let Vaskii go + if you can tag 2 monsters. Venoms need more cards anyway, which is why this is technically indirect support for Reptiliannes (also because Venom Swamp is mean to your cards too).

This is really nice. Not only it is Reptilianne-Venom cross-support, also can be a nice tech in anything with Kagetokage and/or King of Feral Imps for Rank4 plays because of that inherent summoning condition. You could take it further and be pro by teching an Ananta :v

You can make the draw effect activate when a monster(s) with 0 ATK leaves the field and skip that awkward "added to the Extra Deck" condition.

Vaskii can already go +2 if you use opponent's monsters as Tribute, this would make her go +4; that would be so sweet.

I mean the point was to avoid banishing 0 ATK monsters, but thinking about it I'm not exactly sure what abuses that, so leaves the field it is.
