When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz Monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Then, change the attack target to the Summoned monster, and perform damage calculation.

If an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's field with a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card: Pay half your LP, then target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz Monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Until the end of this turn, the Summoned monster's ATK becomes equal to its current ATK multiplied by the number of "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Cards activated during this Duel.

So the first is the most generic RUM and the second is the most conditional RUM...

I like the first one, despite it being overshadowed by most battle traps. It can go into anything and because of its activation conditions, essentially acts as a form of removal. Jump into something like Pleiades and you might run something over and then remove another threat during the same phase. Nothing too noteworthy of course as it's, again, usually worse than a battle trap and still has the misfortune of being an unsearchable conditional card, but cute and definitely better than most RUMs imo.

The second one... hilarious game ender, but reeks of being an unusable anime card.
