Heart of Blackening Chaos

You can discard this card from your hand; add 1 "Chaos-Eyes Spawn" monster from your deck to your hand. You can banish this card from your graveyard face-down; Special Summon 1 DARK Dragon-Type Monster from your graveyard or hand that has a Level to your side of the field, then, its Level becomes 8. You can only activate each effect of "Heart of Blackening Chaos" once per turn.

Chaos-Eyes Spawn Zero Wing

When this cards Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Chaos-Eyes Spawn" Pendulum monster from your Pendulum Zone or face-up from your Extra Deck to your side of the field, if you do, this cards Level becomes 8. You can banish this card from your graveyard face-down; place 1 "Chaos-Eyes Spawn" Pendulum Monster from your graveyard or that's face-up from your Extra Deck in one of your unoccupied Pendulum Zones. You can only activate each effect of "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Zero Wing" once per turn.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 card from your opponent hand at random, if you do: this cards Level becomes 8. During either players turn except the turn this card was sent to the graveyard, when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, you can banish this card face-down; negate the activation of that card and banish it face-down. You can only activate each effect of "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Hope Eater" once per turn.

Chaos-Eyes Spawn Pain Raiser

Pendulum: You can only Pendulum Summon DARK Dragon-Type Monsters. Once per turn: you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; reduce the targeted monsters ATK to 0, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the targeted monsters ATK.

You can only Special Summon "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Pain Raiser" once per turn. All battle damage you would take involving this card is dealt to your opponent instead. When this card leaves the field from either your Monster or Pendulum Zone, add "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Sorrow Gainer" from your deck or face-up from your Extra Deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Pain Raiser" once per turn.

When this card leaves the field from either your Monster or Pendulum Zone, add "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Pain Raiser" from your deck or face-up from your Extra Deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Chaos-Eyes Spawn Pain Raiser" once per turn.

Chaos-Eyes Nemesis Dragon

Pendulum: Negate the effect of all face-up Monsters your opponent controls. If you control 2 or more face-up DARK Dragon-Type Monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone, then, attach 2 DARK Dragon-Type Monsters you control as Xyz Materials (this Special Summon is treated as a Xyz Summon.)

Dragon/Xyz/Pendulum/Effect

2 Level 8 DARK Dragon-Type Monsters

Must be Xyz and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During the Battle-Phase, this card is unaffected by your opponents Spell/Trap Cards. Once per turn: you can detach all Xyz Materials from this card; banish all other cards on the field face-down, then, inflict 500 points of damage for each card banished this way. If you use this effect, this card cannot attack this turn. When this card leaves the field, you can destroy all cards in your Pendulum Zones, then, Place this card in one of your unoccupied Pendulum Zones.

DARK Counterpart

Spell Card

Target 1 Monster you control with a Level; its Level becomes 8 and its treated as a DARK Dragon-Type Monster, then, Special Summon this card as a Normal Monster (Dragon/DARK/Level 8/ATK 0/DEF 0)(This card is not treated as a Spell Card.) This card cannot be used as a Xyz Material except for a DARK Dragon-Type Xyz Monster. You can only activate "DARK Counterpart" once per turn.

 

Chaos Darkness

Field Spell Card

Increase the ATK of all "Chaos-Eyes Spawn" monsters you control by 500 times the number of your face-down banished cards. "Chaos-Eyes" monsters you control cannot be banished. you can pay 1000 life points; add 1 of your face-down banished cards to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Chaos Darkness" once per turn. If a "Chaos-Eyes Nemesis Dragon" you control would be destroyed (either by battle or by card effect, you can tribute 1 "Chaos-Eyes Spawn" monster you control instead.

 

So Chaos-Eyes is a theme focused around a mix of banishing cards face-down and utilising Chaos Darkness to add your face-down banished cards to your hand, battle damage/Burn and life point gain while cycling through additional Pain Raiser and Sorrow Gainer and finally Chaos-Eyes being the big boss that eradicates all to nothing while blasting big damage as well. In addition to DARK Counterpart being support to summon Chaos-Eyes.
