You can only use this effect of "Fortune Lady's Palace" once per turn. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can Tribute 1 "Fortune Lady" monster; Special Summon 1 "Fortune Lady" monster from your Deck with a different name. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted February 1, 2017 Report Share Posted February 1, 2017 I guess this gives Dark Carly.dek a much-needed consistency/speed boost, so that helps (not like Fortune Ladies are going to be relevant anytime soon). Suppose you could Tribute out the smaller members into a then 3600 ATK Earth (because of this card's Level boost and the stat gain from there).
