trap card - Bacutank

Well, it is the correct outdated wording of a card, used in cards printed before 2012, minus some words that need to go capitalized but overall alright. If printed currently, it'd be something around the lines of:

Target 1 monster you control; It cannot be destroyed by battle while this  card is face-up. Also, during each of your End Phases: Gain LP equal to the last battle damage you took from a battle involving it.

^Somebody else might come and further refine that wording though.

The card is an alright protection by battle. We already have Safe Zone and Dimension Guardian that protect their target from being destroyed by battle, but they also protect from card effects, or in Safe Zone's case, an top of both protections it also protects from being targeted by effects.

I think the card is cute though. It has the plus that unlike the cards I mentioned it doesn't self-destroy if the target leaves the field. This means your card might clog your field, but also that you might be able to recycle it more easily by having more of a chance to spin it back to your hand by other effects.

The LP effect can be pretty troll.

You can equip it to a Sheep Token (0 ATK) and have it slam against a 3000+ ATK monster right away, and it'll give you heavy damage but will give you back your LP lost at the end of your turn. Then, stall for a turn and change it to Defense Position and activate something like Swords of Revealing Light. After that during the next 3 turns tell this to your opponent:
"Guess what?, it is my End Phase again and that 3000+ damage from last turn is still the last damage involving my card lol".

^I'd personally give them a Five-Headed Dragon just to do that with 5000. If things go right, it'd give me around +20,000 LP.

Now imagine if I equipped more than one copy of it. LP gain heaven, here I go xD

If the card is intended to be used nowadays, I'd recommend upgrading the protection to also card effects, but otherwise the card is fine as is.
