During the Main Phase, when your opponent Special Summons a monster(s): You can activate this effect; during the End Phase, negate the effects of all Special Summoned monsters on the field, and if you do, destroy them, also neither player takes damage until the end of the opponent's next turn.

A one sided Torrential Tribute-esque card to frustrate your opponent. You will probably wait until you're feeling that their last pawn is set to ensure the destruction of their field. Why not activating at first? Cause your opponent won't summon any other monsters since they are going to be destroyed (plus the fact that you won't take any damage).

EDIT: The destruction no longer "one-sided".

EDIT: Back to the original effect.

EDIT: The destruction no longer "one-sided", again.

I do enjoy this card, I feel as if it's slightly broken as there is not a repercussion for using it. This would be a massive counter is pendulum decks or any deck that requires an advanced setup. My main deck (I play with an older style), I generally try is to get out either a Five-Headed Dragon or Slifer/Obelisk. With this card that renders both of those setups unless. I feel like a discard one card clause would help this slightly and a make it a Limited Card (ie: One per deck)

Edit: You spelt next wrong at the bottom of the card...

Fixed. In order to make it balanced, it now destroys all SS monsters on the field.

Ironically, I find its no-damage effect more appealing than the destruction effect; yes, it will destroy Special Summoned monsters, including those with indestructibility effects since their effects will be negated first, but still, by activating at End Phase it doesn't stop the opponent from doing his/her plays, plus any big monster immune to Trap Effects will survive to it. Personally, I would rather stop or discourage the opponent from doing his/her plays by using Maxx C, Torrential Tribute, etc. before letting him/her set up a tough board potentially capable of shrugging off this card's effect.

Then add to it that it won't help you vs. decks that rely on Tribute Summons, namely Monarchs, Qliphorts, True Dracos/Master Peace, etc., nor it will be as devastating against floater decks.

IMO it was fine when it only destroyed the opponent's monsters; but really, I would play this card mainly for the no-damage safety net it gives to the player and for being a Counter Trap, benefiting from Ariadne, supporting Van'Dalgyon and Artemis, etc.

Uh, I apologize for this but after second thoughts, it's better to bring the nuking effect on all Special Summon monsters IMO, since in a way it keeps you from setting up and keeping your own semi-unbreakable board while the opponent loses his/hers; even if you can't damage him/her during your next turn, you will still be too far ahead. I overlooked at first that this card benefits from its Spell Speed 4, plus AFAIK it is not stoppable by destruction-negation cards like "Destruction Jammer", since the destruction applies until the End Phase.

Either that, or at least limit the duration of the no-damage effect until the end of your turn, to compensate the nuke on the opponent's field by allowing him/her to be the first one to be able to inflict damage.

I don't think that allowing my opponent to damage first will really compensate the nuke effect, since you might be able to rebuild your field again, so I made the nuke effect universal, again.
