VCR_CAT Posted February 17, 2017 Report Share Posted February 17, 2017 Because now the ideas are a-flowin' Link ExchangeNormal SpellTribute 1 Synchro, Xyz, or Fusion Monster in your Extra Monster Zone: Special Summon 1 Link Monster from your Extra Deck with same Type as the Tributed monster to your Extra Monster Zone whose LINK Number is less than or equal to the minimum number of Synchro, Xyz, or Fusion Materials needed to summon the Tributed monster. Link ConnectionNormal SpellDiscard 1 monster, then Special Summon this card as a Normal Monster (Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 500). (This card is NOT treated as a Spell Card.) If Summoned this way, this card's Type and Attribute become the same as the discarded monster's, and if this card would be used as a Link Material Monster for a Link Summon, it can be treated as 2 monsters. If this Summoned card is sent to the Graveyard as a Link Material Monster: You can draw 1 card. Link BypassNormal TrapSpecial Summon this card as a non-effect Link Monster in your Extra Monster Zone (Cybers-Type/DARK/ATK 1500/LINK 2). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) If Summoned this way, Link 2 Main Monster Zones to the Bottom Left and Right of the Extra Monster Zone this card current occupies. If there are no monsters Linked to this Summoned card at the end of a turn, destroy this card. Chained LinkContinuous Trap CardIf you Successfully Link Summon a Link Monster this turn, you can Normal Summon/Set 1 monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Obviously I'm playing with a lot of grammar and mechanic things that are not at all established, so if any mod feels this needs to be Experimental I'm fine by that. Overall, this is just support that I think would help a lot of decks work with this new mechanic; Link Exchange I feel being the one that a lot of decks would really like to have to help with any sort of plays that will require them to summon an Extra Deck monster first before they can do anything else. I like Link Exchange. It really should come in handy for decks that cannot inherently access Link Monsters for one reason or another, and to shortcut into a Link Monster with more desirable markers. No comments for the rest of the cards as of now. Yeah, extra deck monsters aren't treated as normal monsters, just non-effect ones.
