Pendulum: If you do not have a Cybers-Type monster in your other Pendulum Zone, this cards scale becomes 4. A Link Monster in your Extra Monster Zone that's linked to a Pendulum Monster cannot be destroyed as a result of battle.

Cybers/Pendulum/Effect

If when this card is Normal or Special Summoned its linked to a Link Monster, target 1 card on the field: destroy the targeted card.

Pendulum Link

Field Spell Card

Increase the ATK and DEF of all Pendulum Monsters linked to a Link Monster by 500. While a Pendulum Monster is linked to a Link Monster, the Main Monster Zones to the left and right of that card are also treated as Extra Monster Zones.

 

So Alpha and Omega act as Link Pendulum Support where Alpha makes Link Summoning a little easier while Omega Protects Link monsters from destruction by battle. In addition their monster effects also provide the use of draw power and card destruction when they are summoned and linked at the same time.

 

Pendulum Link acts as a means to expand the space of your Pendulum Summoning where it treats Pendulums like Link Monsters with a Left and Right Marker when they are linked to a Link Monster.

 

I guess ruling wise for Pendulum Link though for this would be that you cannot Pendulum Summon in those zones at the same time you Pendulum summon the monster your going to link to the Link Monster.
