Tic-Tac-Toe [WRITTEN]

Hello, fine peoples! Here's my second time converting another game into Yu-gi-oh. This time, it's tic-tac-toe.

Tic-Tac-Toe X

EARTH *

Psychic/Effect

If this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Tic-Tac-Toe O" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard to your opponent's side of the field. If this card is Special Summoned during your turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Tic-Tac-Toe O" from your hand or Graveyard to your opponent's side of the field. If this card is Special Summoned during your opponent's turn, your opponent can Special Summon 1 "Tic-Tac-Toe O" from their hand or Graveyard. During either player's turn, if you control 3 "Tic-Tac-Toe X", you can activate this effect: your opponent sends all cards they control to the Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Tic-Tac-Toe X" once per duel.

100/100

"Tic-Tac-Toe O" has the exact same effect, but replaces each name with the opposite.

I tried to make sure to keep the flavor by making each person seemingly have "turns" with the ultimate result being a victory for the person who uses them. They have one of the most powerful effects: SS2, non-targeting, non-destruction mass removal that gets around tons of protection.

The big problems: they require quite a bit of dedication; you need access (hand or Graveyard) to all of them to pull it off. Also, you need to hope that your opponent doesn't interfere, otherwise you may be stuck with a couple useless 100 ATK/DEF monsters.

As always, CnC much appreciated!

It is an interesting idea, and I can see where you are going with it. If you want to go with the "each player gets a turn" theme, perhaps you could change the graveyard effects to "either player's Graveyard" that way your opponent could get a chance to use it too.

Thanks for the feedback.

In general, I did want it to have a feeling of both players getting stuff, but I wanted to make sure it stayed isolated at the same time. If the opponent actually gets to play off these, then they may end up getting the mass removal effect before you do, even if you started it. Admittedly, that could play in, but considering how tough the combo is to set-up, I didn't really want to add another way to disrupt it.

However, I will take your suggestion into consideration; if another person feels that the combo is too easy to pull off or could be abused in some unforseen way, I could add that in as a measure of counterbalance.

Thanks again!
