All machine type monster you control gain 300 ATK. Mecha Phantom Beast Token's cannot be targeted or destroyed by opponents card effects. If you control a "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster your opponent cannot attack tokens that you control. Once per turn when a Mecha Phantom Beast Token is special summoned, you can draw one card and reveal it, if it is a "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster, you can normal summon it in addition to your normal summon/set. You can only activate 1 "Silent Flight Parliament" per turn.

As an MPB player (well, side nowadays because they're slow compared to everything that's common now), the protection effect works pretty well if you can set up (and yeah, they need those Tokens to not get blasted and trigger effects). Aerial Recharge likes this because it triggers during either player's turn and gives you enough opportunities to summon Tokens. I would say to just change the draw/reveal effect to just SS the monster, so you can trigger off Coltwing or something, but then you will lose access to Tetherwolf getting a Token out, so yeah. At the very least, you get an added draw at worst (depending on your build, either you can SS another member or draw a support card).

 

Stat boost is fine though; not much, but should give them a little extra power to run over certain things (albeit they need much more than this to compete in the meta nowadays).
