I'm just going to assume that this is a DIVINE monster as well, but seriously, you need to mention everything that's relevant.

 

But looking at this card's origin, you DID base this off of an actual god, so the flavor is there (well, origin anyway, despite it being named after a falcon god [but then again, Ra falls under the same thing]). While I'm on flavor, this card technically goes against the grain of how the God Cards actually work (as in the usual 3 Tributes to NS thing, send self to Graveyard if SS'd. I mean, suppose it's easier to summon and yeah, it's another card to search via The True Name. That being said, card's second effect basically makes itself impervious to most forms of removal (it can be taken off if effect is negated before it comes on, or non-targeting / sweep bouncing), but still, 4500 ATK monster with a rather easy summon cost nowadays and can make itself almost impossible to remove isn't good design.
